What is “Woke”?
WOKE(adjective) — a worldview that trades God’s truth for man’s ever-shifting opinion. It calls evil good and good evil (Isaiah 5:20), rejects God’s created order of male and female, divides people by skin and “identity” instead of uniting them in Christ, silences the truth, and targets our children.
What it’s really doing — and what God says:
Abortion — the shedding of innocent blood in the womb. “You knitted me together in my mother’s womb.” (Psalm 139:13) · God hates “hands that shed innocent blood.” (Proverbs 6:16–17)
Grooming & sexualizing children — explicit material in schools and libraries, adult shows aimed at kids. “Whoever causes one of these little ones… to sin—better for him that a millstone were hung around his neck and he were drowned in the sea.” (Matthew 18:6)
Gender confusion for minors — telling children they can change their sex, pushing blockers and surgeries, hiding it from parents. “Male and female He created them.” (Genesis 1:27)
Dividing by race — oppressor vs. oppressed by skin color, not character. “There is neither Jew nor Greek… you are all one in Christ Jesus.” (Galatians 3:28)
Silencing the truth — canceling and censoring, calling facts “hate.” “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.” (Isaiah 5:20)
Attacking the family & pushing God out — tearing down marriage and parents, mocking faith. They “exchanged the truth of God for a lie.” (Romans 1:25)
Throwing the border wide open — under Biden the southern border stopped being a border at all. The wall was halted on day one, enforcement was gutted, and millions have walked across since — unvetted, uncounted, released into towns that were never asked. Cartels run the crossings and take their cut of every soul that comes through, and the fentanyl comes with them. A nation without a border is not a nation, it is a corridor. “Like a city broken down, without walls, is a man who has no rule over his own spirit.” (Proverbs 25:28) · “If anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith.” (1 Timothy 5:8)
🚧 The border — close it, and mean it
A country is allowed to have a door. Every household has one, every church has one, and nobody calls
that hatred — it is how you keep the people inside safe and decide who you welcome. Scripture is
full of walls and gates and watchmen on them, and it is also full of kindness to the stranger. Both are
true at once: you can love the immigrant and still lock the door at night. What we have now is
neither. It is a door taken off its hinges and a nation told to pretend it did not notice.
The people paying for it are the ones with the least: the border towns nobody consulted, the working
families whose wages get undercut, the schools and hospitals asked to absorb numbers they were never
funded for — and the migrants themselves, who are handed to cartels, trafficked, worked, and used
as freight. An open border is not compassion. It is the most profitable thing that has ever happened
to the people who sell human beings.
So we say it plainly: finish the wall, enforce the law, deport the criminals, vet who comes in, and
welcome the ones who come the right way with open arms. Nehemiah rebuilt the wall with a trowel in
one hand and a sword in the other, and he was not a hateful man — he was a man who loved the city
enough to protect it. “Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work.” (Nehemiah 2:18)
Who’s driving it — the globalist agenda
Woke ideology doesn’t fund itself — it’s pushed from the top down by powerful globalist money and institutions. Billionaire activist networks (such as those funded by George Soros) bankroll the district attorneys, protests and campaigns that spread the disorder. At the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab openly promotes a “Great Reset” — a borderless, centralized order where, in their own words, “you’ll own nothing and be happy.” Erase the nation, erase the family, erase God, and gather all power to a few — a one-world system dressed up as compassion.
This isn’t new, and it isn’t “crazy” — Scripture named it long ago. Mankind first tried to build one global system at Babel, and God scattered it (Genesis 11:4–8). “Do not move the ancient boundary stone your fathers set up.” (Proverbs 22:28) · “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD.” (Psalm 33:12) We don’t fear it — we expose it in the light (Ephesians 5:11) and keep our trust in Him.
The truth must be told — but we don’t answer it with hate. God loves every person and can set anyone free. “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:32) — and “God so loved the world that He gave His only Son.” (John 3:16). Come home to Jesus.

My son put down his phone and asked me to explain what "rapture" meant. That conversation led to us reading the Bible together every night now. He even led his younger sister to Christ last month!

When I see people glued to their phones, missing the beauty around them, missing connections with family, I think of how Jesus wept over Jerusalem. He weeps over us too. Let's wake up, Church!
